Read Only Memories: NEURODRIVER is a role-playing game by Midboss, LLC. The game serves as the sequel for the game 2064: Read Only Memories. It can be best described as strongly influenced by the cyberpunk genre, as well as the well-renowned point-and-click RPG Snatcher. The game has a nice pixel art inspired by cyberpunk anime in the 80s. Players follow the story of esper ES88. They are assigned to arrest the rogue telepath the Golden Butterfly who have hidden inside the memories of Neo-San Francisco citizens. ES88 is assisted by the genetically-engineered, psionic creature Neurodiver. Players will also confront characters from the previous game and dive inside their minds. They have to gather evidence, testimonies, and memories to capture the Golden Butterfly. Hijacking the minds of people could also corrupt their memories. It can destroy both the players and their host so players must be careful.
